As discussed, we have requirements for the Diploma 2025 pass-out students for Adani Solar.

 

Requirements :

We have openings for the following discipline : 

i) Electrical

ii) Civil

iii) Mechanical

 

 Qualifying Criteria :

1.  Qualification – Diploma in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical

2. Year of passing of Degree– 2025

3. Qualifying % – Candidate who scores minimum 60% aggregate in the SSC & Diploma. (Consider CPI only not CGPA)

4. Completion Criteria -  Diploma must have been completed in 3 Years. 

5. Age: Must be < 21 Years

6. Domicile State - Gujarat & Rajasthan

 

Selection Process :

 1. Online Test - Having technical & aptitude questions

2. Interview

3. Final Selection

 

CTC / Posting :   

 1. We will hire DETs on a third-party payroll. During the six-month period, trainees will work as Apprentice with a stipend of Rs 20,000 per month. Upon completing the training, the CTC will increase to Rs 3,00,000 per annum.

2. This CTC is including the statutory deduction like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.

4. Accommodation and food facilities will be provided at the discretion of management based on business needs.

Participation in National Inter-College Crossword Expedition (NICE 25)

The National Inter-College Crossword Expedition (NICE 25) is a premier crossword competition for Indian college students, organized by AICTE, IIM Mumbai, IIT Delhi, and Extra-C.


NICE 25 is designed to promote critical thinking, logical reasoning, vocabulary, and lateral thinking skills among college students across India. The contest is conducted in three phases:


Online preliminary rounds from May 4 to June 1, 2025

Zonal finals in offline mode (July–August 2025)

National Grand Finale on August 28–29, 2025


Students can participate individually or in pairs, and top performers stand to win cash prizes, certificates, and national recognition. Moreover, institutions registering over 100 students will receive a ‘NICE Roll of Honour’ certificate along with complimentary crossword books.

A Webinar for Implementation of AICTE- Student Learning Assessment-PARAKH on 16-03-2021 at 12:00 PM

 

PARAKH unified Portal was launched on 7th January 2022 by Secretary Higher Education, MoE-Government of India, for all AICTE approved institutes. Utilizing the PARAKH, social relevance goals will be identified and corrective measures be taken at appropriate level students and faculty members will improve their knowledge and strength in the field of creativity, reasoning, innovation, decision building in their core technical skills and higher order thinking skill.

 

It is requested that the Institutes, faculty members and Students will participate in AICTE Student Learning Assessment- (PARAKH) and assign the assessment to the students  for their better future and maximum utilization of this unique assessment portal.The registration can be done by institutions and individuals and can take the benefit up to the maximum possible extent.

Guidelines and advisory for placement fair

Kindly note following points regarding placement fair being organized at Govt Polytechnic, Gandhinagar under Zone 1 Node 2   during 15/03/2022 to 16/03/2022 (detail schedule will be shared later).

 

  1. Herewith is attached the attendance sheet of interested students who have given consent for participation in the placement fair. Kindly take print out of it and get it signed by present students on the allotted date.  
  • If the student is absent, kindly mark "Absent" in the signature box with a red ball point pen.
  • If a student had registered him/herself on campus placement portal (and have student ID given by KCG) but missed/forgot to give consent for the fair and want to participate in the fair, kindly enter his details as per attendance sheet in extra blank rows given. (If number of such students are more, kindly use separate page)  
  • Kindly get each attendance sheet signed by TPO or student coordinator and stamp each page with a college round seal.
  • Kindly scan these attendance sheets on that day and send it to placementz1n2@gmail.com. Kindly submit hardcopies of these attendance sheets to IT team of the fair to enter on portal. 

2.      Spot registration for students is attached herewith. Kindly bring a filled spot registration form with all the details of the student in hard copy at the time of fair. (Kindly bring a separate form for each spot registered student). Kindly get each spot registration form signed by TPO or student coordinator and stamp the form with a college round seal.

 

3. Kindly assign faculties as students coordinators as per guideline by KCG. TPO & faculty Co-ordinators will have to guide & manage students till completion of interview process. Faculty coordinators will have to remain present with their respective students in alloted class room till end of interview process. 


4.    Kindly share the student advisory given by KCG among   student participants. 


5.   If you want to bring any Industry on the spot (which is not registered on campus placement portal), kindly bring filled "industry spot registration form" attached herewith with all the details of the company. Also, send their details by 10/03/2022 on placementz1n2@gmail.com.
